Travel, food, and culture are three things I have always been interested in. For my thesis, I want to explore the connection between all of them and how they are deeply integrated with each other.

This book includes all the inspirations and research I have gathered relating to my thesis. It starts off with the thesis statement. The main part of the book is the lexicon where I included words, brands, and designers I like from A to Z that relate to my topic. Research posts include articles I’ve read and videos I’ve watched. Past projects showcase all the projects I’ve done relating to this topic. The book ends with some specific projects within travel, food, and culture that I could explore in the future.

I brought in elements of travel when making this book. The book flips up and down instead of left and right, making it look like a calendar. I used many different sizes and textures of paper that make it look like a travel diary. The smaller papers that run down the middle give the sense of a receipt.
